Meet Evan

Evan Weber is a third-generation Real Estate Broker with over 25 years of experience. Originally from Michigan, Evan fell in love with the Florida lifestyle and moved to the area with his wife Lauren along with their “fur babies” Lola (cat) and Rico (dog). In the footsteps of his father and grandfather, who were both in the "business", Evan began his career working under his father who developed strip malls and specialized in tenant representation for “Big Box” retailers like Best Buy, Home Depot, and TJ Maxx. After graduating from Western Michigan University, he decided to forge his own path brokering the sales of investment properties such as apartments, shopping centers, and office buildings. In 2009, Evan began putting his real estate knowledge towards residential transactions, where he was consistently in the top 5% of his state and country.

 

Residing in Sarasota, Evan utilizes his skills, knowledge, and expertise in residential real estate to help others find their dream home along the Sun Coast. He believes when you make your client a priority, the rest falls into place. Evan also knows that honesty, respect, resilience, and excellent communication are key traits to being a successful Real Estate Agent. He loves seeing the ecstatic faces of buyers when they get keys to their new home and sellers when their home has successfully sold. Evan chose to work with Michael Saunders because of the shared values of commitment and trustworthiness, and he is looking forward to building relationships, expanding his network, and learning more about this community so he can help others.
